Rules of use and subscription.

Subscriptions are sold as a yearly one-time payment charged once when the subscription is activated.

Each subscription is valid for 12 months from the activation date. When that period ends, the subscription automatically locks and access to related features pauses until the subscription is renewed.

There is no automatic renewal. The user must renew the subscription manually to continue.

An email reminder is sent to the user three (3) months before the scheduled subscription end date and again monthly until the subscription is renewed or locks.

After lockout, reminders are sent monthly for up to twelve (12) months or until the subscription is renewed, whichever comes first.

The user may unsubscribe from reminders at any time; unsubscribing does not affect the lockout.

Financial data, portfolios, property information and other stored data are kept securely and used solely to provide the service.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is never sold or shared with third parties without explicit consent.

The user may request a copy of their data or ask for it to be deleted at any time.

The site may connect to market data providers, news services and AI services to display analyses and information.

These terms may be updated with notice. Users will be notified by email of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
